Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Counselling –
  Narrative Therapy and Person Centred Therapy together with other modalities including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), somatic interventions and solution focused therapy.
• Psychology and Counselling Diploma
• Life Coach Diploma
• National Certificate in Fitness (Level 3)
• Legal Executive Diploma

Professional membership:

I am a full registered member of NZCCA, a governing body which oversees certain aspects of my role including on-going supervision and professional development.

About me:

I am married and a Mum to two teenage children which sees me involved in many different areas including connections in the special needs community. I enjoy dancing, spending time at the beach and outdoors together with café trips and a spot of shopping!

Cost:

My current cost per session is $85. I am WINZ registered and an independent contractor for Family Action Whanau Toa, The Grief Centre, and Hearts and Minds. Please do get in touch so we can discuss how best to cover costs.

Appointments:

I am flexible with appointment times and are available face to face (weekdays) and zoom (weekdays and a/h). In certain circumstances I can travel within West Auckland for appointments.
